Abstract :

This research axis aims at proposing tools and methods for estimating the ex vivo and in vivo constitutive laws of human soft tissues. In particular, an aspiration device based on the measurement of the volume of sucked tissue has been developed and is used to estimate the constitutive laws via an inversion procedure with finite element modelling.
