The Computer-Assisted Medical Interventions (CAMI) team of TIMC is looking for a highly motivated postdoctoral candidate with a strong background in medical image processing (registration and segmentation) and experience in deep learning approaches with a focus on ultrasound imaging.

     The candidate will work on the development of a multimodal deep learning registration method between preoperative 3D MR images and intraoperative 3D transrectal ultrasound images. This method should be able to provide a deformation field to link the two images.

     Profile: experience with image registration algorithms, advanced Python programming skills, good knowledge of the ITK / VTK frameworks

     Duration: 18 months, as soon as possible at Grenoble / La Tronche
